A ‘Level’ Turn

Making a ‘level’ turn is key for being able to maintain your posture throughout the swing.  As a rule of thumb, if you turn too ‘steep’, your head will inadvertently move down and slightly toward the target during the backswing; and if your turn is too ‘flat’ your head will inadvertently move up and away from the ball during the backswing.  Either of these two inefficient turns requires compensation(s) to make solid contact. This article explains, demonstrates, and offers drills for how to make a ‘level’ turn and how by doing so will help you become a more efficient and consistent ball striker.
